What we use

Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a site saves on your device. This site currently uses only strictly necessary storage, which does not need your permission because the site cannot work properly without it.

• Cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so the banner does not reappear on every page.
• Popup and chat state — remembers that you have already closed the review message, and keeps your chat conversation together while you browse.
• Security and hosting — our host may set a short-lived cookie to serve pages correctly and protect the site from abuse.

Optional cookies

We do not currently run analytics, advertising, pixels or social tracking of any kind. If we add anything optional in future, such as basic visitor statistics, it will only load after you have accepted optional cookies in the banner.

Third-party content

Our service areas page shows a map from OpenStreetMap so you can see the area we cover. Loading that map means your browser contacts OpenStreetMap, which can see your IP address. We do not send them any of your personal details. Links to our Facebook page and Trustpilot open on those websites, where their own cookie and privacy rules apply.

Changing your mind

You can clear the site's stored data in your browser settings at any time, which will bring the cookie banner back so you can choose again. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, though some parts of the site may then behave oddly.
